We started this wonderful Father's Day with breakfast in bed...
Then showered our wonderful Daddy with cards and gifts...
Then headed out for a day of hiking at Placerito Canyon
Venturing off on a 2.6 mile walk each way, determined to find a waterfall that we all anticipated to be one that mimicked one we've seen at Eaton's Canyon to say the least. But after almost 3 hours of hiking uphill..
We were greeted with a trickling stream of water like this...
But it was so worth it, because at the end of the day after almost 5 hours of walking uphill with the heat of the sun beating down our backs, to see these smiles...
...was priceless!
